I have spent my career working across multiple parts of the business. Starting as an ambitious Helpdesk Agent over 25 years ago, to helping merge one of the biggest IT Services Companies in the world, I am proud to have done everything in-between.
I grew up with my footing firmly placed in customer services starting as a Database Administrator, Desk-side support and Server farm installations. Moving onto building, maintaining and running DataCenters and creating the very first e-hosting environments in the IT market.
As I developed, my career growth was in the early days of Outsourcing to Low Cost delivery centers. This step started to mold my career in the customer facing IT services world. I have worked in transforming the business practices of numerous major clients around the world and transitioning the delivery of service to off-shore centers.
Quickly my passion moved to developing, designing and selling solutions, as part of a designed strategic win-team. Quickly moving on to Client Service Delivery leadership, and Client Executive leadership for newly won customer logos
Fulfilling and meeting labor demand on customer service turned my interest and passion to people. I moved into HR to focus on Human Capital Workforce Management. The love for predicting on demand sourcing and fulfillment principles introduced me to the complexity of resource management, and people migration and rotation principles.
My love for people grew through designing and uniting organizations in a strategic approach to servicing customers. My passion for people grew, and my passion for supporting people who supported the business grew.

Years of working with what feels like every major consultant firm, E&Y, PWC, AON, Egon Zehnder, Accenture, McKinsey, across the globe, my knowledge and understanding has grown immeasurably, and I continue to learn everyday.
